On 2ez-Con, the system clearly assigns permissions to each partner (Client, Subcontractor...), allowing each party to see only projects related to them.

Users can view it as follows:

Create & store electronic records directly from specialized applications
Records from accounting software, materials, construction progress, etc., can all be integrated and exported as digital files for storage in the system.
QR code for record lookup
Each file, once stored, will generate a unique QR code. This code can be sent via email to partners, requesting them to log into the system for secure retrieval.
